16 Days of Activism
The 16 days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children Campaign takes place annually from 25 November to 10 December.
With violence against women across the country making front page news everyday, on 25 November 2020 the C-BRTA launched an initiative called; #ChangeBeginsWithme, which is aimed at encouraging C-BRTA men to sign a pledge to never commit nor support gender based violence in all its manifestations.
Men’s involvement in the movement to end violence against women is the only way we can achieve long-lasting societal change.
The pledge will be at reception until 10 December 2020, all male colleagues are encouraged to sign.
Speak up and be accountable, not just for your own actions but for those around you!
