One of the key responsibilities of Operator Relations Unit is to consult or engage with legitimate cross-border operators for improved communication channels, working relationships, empower cross border operators and implement a customer feedback mechanism for all services as outlined in the operational plan and Annual Performance Plan. The Unit will be conducting one on one consultations with Bus Operators at Park Station in Johannesburg.
