Policy Passport Re-launched

Employees receive documents and important information daily but what guarantee does the Agency have that they have read and understood them? The short answer is Policy Passport.

So how does Policy Passport help C-BRTA? This is a simple cloud-based solution that tracks whether important documents, company procedures and policies have been read and understood by employees. Policy Passport electronically alerts all employees to the documents that they need to read. It tracks who opened the document, tests their comprehension of the content and requires them to acknowledge the content.

The Agency and Board has requested that Policy Passport be re-launched, and strict non-compliance be reported, and further action be taken against any employee that does not comply.

As a result, all policies will be unpublished. One policy will be loaded every two weeks. Each and every employee will be given two weeks in order to read the policy and complete the multiple-choice questions. Non-compliance will be reported to each divisional Executive and quarterly to the Board.

Employees who have completed some policies will not have to re-do them as the system has already captured their scores.
