Customer Relations
Customer Relations is a unit operating under the Office of the CEO. The Unit is committed to improving the quality of services to C-BRTA customers and seeks feedback on opportunities for improvement through customer surveys conducted with freight and passenger operators.
Customer Relations also ensures that customer complaints are dealt with and resolved following specified complaints management guidelines.
The main objective of the unit is to improve customer relations as well as levels of customer satisfaction.
These are achieved by:
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
Customer satisfaction surveys are conducted with C-BRTA customers to determine how well the Agency is performing with regard to the services rendered.
2. Complaints Management
Customer Relations provides management of complaints and an opportunity for complainants to have their complaints resolved effectively as well as ensuring that any identified risks are managed appropriately, and that action is taken to minimize or eliminate those risks.
