This years takes place under a complex global health crisis brought about by the Corona Virus pandemic. Its impact on workers in South Africa and across the world, is one of the most devastating health and socio-economic crisis the world of work has ever experienced.

It has been a year of the new normal of working from home. Making the adjustment to working from home has had its challenges. Even if you are organized, focused and motivated, there are distractions that can get in the way of productivity, and its possible that you’ll work so much and go over the normal working hours.
