AWARDING STAR PERFORMERS
The 25 August 2017 is on everybody’s lips, and we are all waiting in anticipation for this day as the C-BRTA hosts its first Annual Performance Awards. Cash awards and gifts up to R10, 000. Praise and recognition are essential to an outstanding workplace. Everyone feels the need to be recognized for their efforts that supports the organization’s goals and values.
It is for this reason that the C-BRTA saw a need to host its very first 2017 C-BRTA Annual Performance Awards. The Agency acknowledges that employees respond to recognition of their good work because it confirms their work is valued. Prioritizing employee recognition ensures a positive, productive environment and helps solidify relationships.
These awards which also aim to prepare nominees for the Annual Transport Awards will recognise employees that have been with the Agency for at least 12 months in the C-BRTA. Nominations will be done based on the annual performance and evaluation of individuals, teams, divisions and Business units. A standard nomination form will be utilised for all award categories.
Top performers are always in tune with their growing edge and build upon yesterday’s benchmarks for success. Next to reliability, having strong integrity can elevate you to winner status.
