Strategic Planning and Business Performance

The Strategic Planning and Business Performance Unit’s purpose is to lead the organizational planning and organisational performance management processes including evaluations.

Strategic planning it the process whereby the organization creates a vision, articulates its mission, values and sets strategic outcomes that are long-term and forward focused. This process further translates the outcomes into operational plans that guides the individual divisions within the organization.

The Business Performance management is a continuous cycle of tracking the implementation of plans which involves analyzing performance that entails collecting and analyzing data to measure progress toward achieving specific targets. This process helps the Agency to identify what is working and what is not and to make informed decisions on how to improve their programs and projects.
