Being in IT support we are often asked similar questions a lot of the time. We have therefore compiled a list of common questions and possible solutions to help aid you in solving your own computer issues.

 

How do I change my password?

To change your password do the following:

Step 1: Press Ctrl +Alt +Del on your keyboard

Step 2: Click/ Select Change password option the menu that appears

Step 3: fill in the details on the dialog box that will appear with your Username, old password, new password and confirm new password information and click OK. Your password will be changed.

How do I connect to the internet using 3G?

To connect to the internet do the following:

Step 1: Make sure the WI-FI button is switched ON

Step 2: Double click on Dell mobile broadband manager ICON on the desktop to open the application

Step 3: Once the Dell Mobile Broadband application is open click CONNECT
