These services generally covers business systems, any communication device or application which encompasses computer and network hardware, software, telephony, as well as the various services and applications associated with them.

Knowledge Management
Knowledge Management ensures that the Agency’s knowledge assets are managed for the purposes of creating value and meeting tactical and strategic requirements. Knowledge Management includes:
Records Management – ensures that the Agency knows what records it has, where they are and how long they have to be kept. The Agency is required by law (National Archives and Records Service of South Africa Act, 1996) to manage its records in a well-structured record keeping system, and to put the necessary policies and procedures in place to ensure that the record keeping and records management practices comply with the requirements of the Act.
Library – the Library supports the Agency’s employees in executing their functions by providing a collection of Information Resources in the form of books, journals and electronic media. The Library has a collection of books that are available for loan to the Agency’s employees.
