Legal services

Legal Service is established to assist the Agency with all legal matters. It is tasked with vetting and drafting legislation, vetting and drafting of contracts, managing litigation, rendering of opinion, training and rendering legal advice.

Value add to the C-BRTA clients (Operators)

Legal Services is responsible for providing general legal services to the Agency, this entails vetting and drafting of contracts, rendering of opinions, management of litigation, drafting of legislation and conduction of investigation.

Legal services assists the Regulatory Division by providing advise regarding applications and other activities as well as heading the Section 30 hearing which roots out fraudulent and corrupt operations and operations.

Value add to the C-BRTA

Legal Services provides an advisory function and mitigates legal risk for the Agency in turn legally protecting the Agency.
