Front Help Desk

The Licensing Services Division is structured into five different Units. It has 29 employees who perform various tasks in line with the objectives of each Unit. The Units are;

  • Front Help Desk
  • Remote Help Desk
  • Remote Permit Issuing
  • Front Permit Issuing
  • Regulatory Sub-Committee Unit

FRONT HELP DESK

Key Functions

This Unit is responsible for welcoming and attending to walk-in-applicants who frequent the office for amongst the other;

  • Applicants lodging applications for either temporary or permanent cross border permit/s
  • Collection of issued and readily available permit/s
  • Collection of approved annual application/s ready for issuing
  • General enquiry on cross border related matters

The applicant is required to login to Cross-Easy and submit an application/s online.
