The Regulatory Services Division renders a crucial service to the cross-border operators. The service is crucial precisely because the operators rely on the cross-border permits for them to be recognised as legitimate commercial cross-border road transport operators in South Africa and other African countries. This makes the operators our primary stakeholders as they serve as our number one client.
