For the Regulatory Services Team to service the C-BRTA’s clients efficiently, it relies on the support of the entire organisation. In order to issue permits timeously, the Division requires efficient technological services such as:
- Reliable IT System;
- Reliable CrossEasy Permit System
- Reliable telephone system;
- Efficient computer hardware;
- Communication support such as production pamphlets, posters, etc;
- Procurement services to purchase face value documents for permit printing
- Efficient and timely Operator complaint resolution, and
- General customer services to the operators from the whole Agency.
