For the Regulatory Services Team to service the C-BRTA’s clients efficiently, it relies on the support of the entire organisation. In order to issue permits timeously, the Division requires efficient technological services such as:

  • Reliable IT System;
  • Reliable CrossEasy Permit System
  • Reliable telephone system;
  • Efficient computer hardware;
  • Communication support such as production pamphlets, posters, etc;
  • Procurement services to purchase face value documents for permit printing
  • Efficient and timely Operator complaint resolution, and
  • General customer services to the operators from the whole Agency.
