Key Functions

This Unit is responsible for issuance of temporary permits to compliant applicants.

This Unit is further responsible for amongst the other;

• Informing applicants about their issued and ready for collection permits, such applicants to send a collection letter indicating who is collecting on their behalf
• Issuance of temporary permits to compliant applicants submitted by consultants within same day
• Capturing of annual and 5 (five) year applications
• Preparing consignment notes for goods applicants
• Preparing passenger list for passenger applicants.
