Supply Chain Management

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a sub division of Finance and is responsible for the procurement of goods and services within the Agency.

Procurement includes;

Development of annual Demand Management Plans for the Agency.
Sourcing and obtaining for goods and services to ensure value for money.
Assessment of the required specifications and terms of refence for procurement.
Advertising and adjudication of requests for quotation and tenders.
Contract management, monitoring of performance and supplier relationship.
Ensure compliance with treasury regulations and PFMA in terms of procumbent to ensure avoidance of irregular, fruitless and wasteful expenditure.
Facilitate travel requests received 72 hours before the travel date or time.
